Responsible for managing HESDInitiative’s external communications and public image. Ensuring that the organization’s mission, programs, and impact are effectively communicated to the public, partners, and stakeholders. By overseeing social media, website content, and media relations,

Director of Communications and Public Relations
Oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all programs within HESDInitiative, including skills development, humanitarian services, and educational support. Ensures that programs are effectively meeting the organization's objectives.
Abubakar Sadiq Muhammad
Director of Programs
Leads all humanitarian activities, including the distribution of relief materials to IDPs, orphanages, and vulnerable groups. Ensures that outreach efforts are well-coordinated and responsive to immediate community needs.
Umar Yahaya
Head of humanitarian services
Manages the design and delivery of entrepreneurship and vocational training programs, particularly for women, youth, and individuals with special needs. Ensures the quality and effectiveness of training initiatives.
Abdullahi MAHMUD Gbate
Director of Training & capacity building
Responsible for financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensures transparency and accountability in the financial operations of the organization and oversees the administrative functions of the NGO.

Director of Finance and Administration
Develops and manages relationships with donors, government agencies, other NGOs, and international partners. This individual also leads fundraising efforts and ensures that HESDInitiative's work aligns with external opportunities and partnerships.
